Adam Kreek is a two-time Olympian, Gold Medalist, and entrepreneur. A self-described "positive realist," Adam founded KreekSpeak to help individuals and organizations excel and achieve desired outcomes. He has spoken to over 100,000 people on topics of success, leadership and teamwork. Adam's upcoming book, Beyond Success, will explore key techniques used by Olympians to succeed and most importantly, how we can maintain happiness before and after success is achieved.

In the sporting arena, Adam began a rowing career at the age of 16 and went on to win dozens of international medals.
